Moving People. Improving Lives. — a focused round table on making walking, cycling and other active modes a safe, practical everyday choice in Indian cities.
Hosted by the ITS India Forum at CSOI, KG Marg, New Delhi, the discussion looked at how active travel can be woven into India’s urban mobility systems — from safe pedestrian and cycling infrastructure to seamless first- and last-mile links with public transport.
Participants explored the role of planning, policy and technology in encouraging people to walk and cycle more, and the health, environmental and liveability benefits that follow.
